Grown at Talley Vineyards in Edna Valley. These grapes were picked at 18.3 brix to preserve acidity. Stainless steel fermented and neutral French oak aged for 9 months. Sparkled in tank Crémant style.Medium straw in color. On the nose, this wine has aromas of Meyers lemon, grapefruit, and pear. The palate is dominated by bright acidity and minerality with a round finish.
