Estate grown at Delfino Farms. These grapes were picked at 24.5 brix to promote synchronized ripening. Bin fermented and aged in 25% new French oak barrels. Unfined and Unfiltered.
Pale Ruby in color. On the nose, black cherry, leather, and cedar aromas shine through. The palate is led by spices such as cinnamon along with tart cherry and blackberry. Medium body with supple tannins.
