Estate grown at Delfino Farms. These grapes were picked at 23.3 brix when the fruit was showing optimal flavors and acidity. Bin fermented and neutral French oak aged. Minimally racked to maintain freshness. 20% Syrah was added to enhance color and round out flavors. Unfined and Unfiltered. Light ruby in color. On the nose, this wine has aromas of strawberry rhubarb pie, star anise and cinnamon with hints of rose petal . The palate offers flavors of candied strawberries and local flora of cedar and pine.
